How do I order?

For dine in:
Scan the QR code using Appletea app. Browse the menu and select the items you’d like to order. Once added your orders to cart, you may pay directly and voila! Just wait for your food to be served.

For take away:
You can search by restaurant name, cuisine, food or beverages or by keyword. You are able to access all the popular or nearby restaurants based on your current location. Then, pick a restaurant you would prefer and select items you would like to order. After payment is done, you will be given a 4 digits unique code and just present your code at the restaurant to collect your food.

My Profile:
provide your phone number. Always make sure that you enter the correct phone number to help restaurant contact you regarding your orders, if needed.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You can add to, edit, or cancel your order prior to Check Out. However, no changes are possible once an order has been submitted. An order can only be changed or cancelled by informing the restaurant for a valid reason within a limited amount of time from placing the order.

Can I place orders in advance?

If you would like to place a future order, you can choose any time during restaurant operating hours. You are able to schedule at least 30 minutes later than the current time within the same day.

How do I pay? What form of payments does AppleTea accept?

Yes, restaurants accept cash. For the full cashless experience, we would really like you to use your Credit or Debit card on our mobile app where you can pay conveniently and securely.

How do I use a coupon code?

Coupon codes can only be redeemed on the Appletea app. The code is applied on the checkout.

What if I want to add on item to my submitted order?

Unfortunately, no but you may make another new order.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes, it is safe. We partnered with reputable PCI compliant third-party payment solution, thus all transactions are processed and stored securely. We do not store or share any customer information with other parties.

Where do I find my order receipt?

We send receipts to your email after your order has been made. Please check the email you used to register for AppleTea account. You can also view your order history within the app.

What happens if an item in my order not available?

If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock, refund (Appletea points) will be made to you accordingly on the paid item value. Each ringgit equals to 1 point. You may pay for your next order using Appletea points.

How do I create an account?

You are able to log in using your Facebook or Google+ account. Or click on 'Create account via email'. Then fill out your information and click the 'Create Account' button.

How do I reset my password if I have forgotten it?

No worries! Just click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the Sign In page and type in your email address. An email containing your new password will then be sent to your registered email.
